PROBLEM
The client was struggling to manage the marketing, planning, and delivery of multiple monthly events and group coaching programs, as well as a podcast launch. Google Sheets was no longer working and was taking too much time to manage (and very clunky). They were also seeking a more dynamic way to work towards their goals.
SOLUTION
We built a cohesive business dashboard for the client that linked projects, tasks, resources, and goals across all areas of their business. This allowed them to plan events and manage tasks and deadlines and see it all in one spot vs. siloed tabs in a sheet. We also set up a hub for managing the podcast.
