PROBLEM

Antiquated system of storing projects and documents in Word & Excel with a filing system on desktop. Was looking for a better way to store data and keep it connected. Also didn’t have any system set up for managing coaching leads and clients.

SOLUTION

We set up a set of core databases for RPI to manage internal projects with connected research, tasks, and assets. We created a CRM for tracking all contacts, including coaching leads and clients. Finally, we set up client-facing portals for managing the delivery of coaching programs to clients.
