PROBLEM
The fully remote team was using Trello to manage all client tasks, along with several other platforms such as Linksquares, One Note, & Slack. Task management felt limiting and data inputting felt siloed and confusing.
SOLUTION
We moved the team off of Trello and into Notion. We set up an internal operating system for them to manage client work in a more dynamic and connected way. Now, the team has internal dashboards for all clients where they can manage projects, tasks, and client documentation. They also have client-facing portals where they can field incoming ticket requests, receive feedback and provide updates on pending client contracts.
