PROBLEM
The client was launching a personal brand and coaching business and didn’t want anything to slip through the cracks. She didn’t have any systems set up and was seeking a simple solution to creating a workflow that didn’t require a bunch of different tools.
SOLUTION
We created a central HQ dashboard for Art of Presence, with linked projects, tasks, and resources to manage each area of business. Within some of the business departments, we created templates for the team to easily build out program plans, sales pages, online courses & curriculums, and client portals. In addition, we created a content system database, CRM, and a master resource library. We designed things so that she could easily set up automations to manage client inquiries, enrollments, and payments.
