PROBLEM
This client had an existing Notion workspace, but it was not functioning or scalable, as there were too many teamspaces & duplicate databases. The team was struggling with management of the space and transparency across departments.
SOLUTION
We consolidated their workspace into a single company-wide teamspace, where each department gained their own dashboard page, and we created a set of core databases (projects, tasks, meeting notes, & resources) that ran laterally across each department.
