PROBLEM
The client was lacking a central location for their fully remote team to manage the non-profit, with priorities being creating a system for tracking grant proposals, as well as executing campaigns and partnerships.
SOLUTION
We set up a complete workspace and operating system for AAWP with a focus on simplicity and connectivity. Along with places to manage projects, tasks, board meetings, and partnerships, they also have a system set up for managing grants and fundraising as well as a way to track deliverables and KPIs for their online campaigns.
