The client was lacking the systems to support her growing business: a blog and e-commerce site. She was searching for a solution for managing the affiliate portion of her business. She had a growing list of 100+ brands that she was an affiliate for, all with different logins, links, codes, etc. It was too difficult to keep organized and also track income in Excel, she needed something more dynamic.
We began by building an affiliate management database, complete with properties for all administrative information for each brand, as well as a way to track monthly income per brand.
We went on to create a business HQ, as well as a hub for editorial (content calendar & blog archive), a database for managing brand partnerships, and pages and databases to support her team with re-designing their website and strategic planning to scale the business.
