PROBLEM
The client was still operating their entire client-based business on paper, and this was holding them back from scaling and becoming a more remote company. They were looking for an online client onboarding and service delivery system to replace their analog process.
SOLUTION
We brought My Pure Health Solutions fully online! Using a combination of Notion & Tally (a form builder), we were able to automate much of the client onboarding process for their team, reducing the time they were spending on client paperwork and communication. We also set up a client program management system within Notion using databases and templates, so that they could oversee each client’s weight loss journey in more detail, and not have to be in an office, shuffling through notes and papers to find what they needed.
