The client was in the early stages of launching this business, and overwhelmed with the amount of tasks and projects on their plate. They didn’t have any structures set up to manage things with their team.
We built a central HQ dashboard for BEE ME, with linked projects, tasks, and resources to manage each area of business. Within some of the business departments, we created templates for the team to easily build out program plans, sales pages, online courses & curriculums, and client portals. In addition, we created a content system database, CRM, and a master resource library.
