PROBLEM
The client was bogged down with excessive repetitive tasks and manual data inputting to manage their enrollments for proctored practice exams and group study programs. They were also leaving money on the table due to the lack of a system for inquiries about their services.
SOLUTION
We set up automations to optimize their sales process and manage their leads in order to reduce manual tracking of contacts and increase enrollment rates. We also created a central business dashboard for all departments, and focused on setting up automated systems and spaces to manage enrollments for group study programs and proctored practice exams.
