PROBLEM
The client was bottlenecked in ability to scale because they did not have a system built out to manage more than a few clients at once. They were spending too much time on repetitive tasks and using clunky, static materials like pdfs to deliver their services to their clients. They wanted systems, automations, and a higher-value client experience so they could scale.
SOLUTION
We built a centralized HQ dashboard for the business that allowed the client to manage tasks, projects, and resources across all areas of their business. We automated their sales & client onboarding process including: automated client applications to the CRM, updated onboarding forms with responses automated into Notion, and a robust client portal template that housed the onboarding process, as well as custom spaces for workouts, meal planning, goal setting, and weekly calls with clients.
