PROBLEM
The Better Lab was looking to upgrade their existing workspace by implementing an entirely new set up for their project execution and overall lab management. With a lot of aspects of the lab and highly detailed project elements, they were overwhelmed with exactly how to set things up, but had a very clear vision.
SOLUTION
We implemented their visual prototype and solved problems along the way. We set up a robust project template that included task-populating buttons for each project phase. We also set up dashboards for each vertical/workflow of the lab, along with a person directory to link individuals to different endeavors.
